Media Center Hours of Operation:

The Media Center is open from 8:30am- 4:15pm
- Students must have a pass before coming to the Media Center.
Media Center Procedures:

Students may check out 2 books at a time.
- If a student is working on a project or presentation, addtional topics material may be checked out.
- All book check outs are 2 weeks, additional time may be requested.
Technology Hours:

BCMS Tech Help Hours are from 8:30am- 10:30a
Student Devices:
- All FCS students are issued a learning device for school use.
- By accepting the device, students must agree to the Device User Agreeement.
- Lost/ Stolen Devices will receive a $250 fine (fines may be paid on the main webpage)
- Broken/ Damaged Devices will receive a $100 fine (fines may be paid on the main webpage)
- Lost chargers will receive a $30 fine (fines may be paid on the main webpage)

Five Roles of Bear Creek's METI
Teacher
- Collaborates with students and other members of the learning community to determine learning and information needs.
Instructional Partner
- Collaborates with teachers and administration to design lessons that support information literacy as well as learning across the curriculum.
Information Specialist
- Provides leadership and expertise in acquiring and evaluating information resources in all formats.
Program Administrator
- Manages all activities of the Media program including budgets, collection development, equipment, promotional activities, and facilities.
Technology Leader
- Provides support in facilitating professional learning sessions with school staff to effectively integrate technology and establishs professional learning experiences for the school community to increase knowledge of technology resources and instructional activities.
